In Your Light
Not sure if a rug is right for your space? Our On Approval program lets you take rugs and samples of all sizes home for up to 24 hours so you can see them in your actual lighting, with your furniture, before making a decision.
Rug Cleaning
We are the drop-off and pick-up point for our partners at Bend Rug Cleaning. Professional cleaning for all rug types:
- Wool, Silk & Natural Fibers: $4 / sq ft
- Synthetic Fibers: $2.50 / sq ft
- Pet accident removal: + $2 / sq ft
- Protectant treatment: $1.50 / sq ft
Typical turnaround: 4–6 weeks. Drop off at our showroom anytime during our open hours.
Rug Repair & Resizing
We work with trusted local craftsmen for rug repair and custom sizing. Pricing and lead times vary by project — stop by and we'll take a look.
Rug Pads
Both of our pad types are made with all-natural rubber — no PVC, no synthetic latex, no plasticizers. Natural rubber grips through surface tension rather than chemistry, which means a secure hold without the risk of staining, discoloring, or degrading your floor's finish over time. It's the safest choice for hardwood and the right foundation for any rug worth investing in.
We stock two types in all standard sizes, cut to order:
Thicker, Cozier Pad — All Natural Rubber & Felt (~1/4" thick)
Our premium pad. We use this more commonly in living rooms, bedrooms, and other cozy spaces. It is a great way to add some cushion under a rug. The natural rubber base grips the floor while the felt layer adds cushion and protects your rug from below.

Low Profile Pad — Gridded All Natural Rubber (~1/8" thick)
Our everyday natural rubber pad. We use this more commonly in dining spaces, entryways, hallway runners, or other higher traffic areas. A lower-profile option that still delivers excellent grip and floor protection.
